Usability Testing
Moderated Testing
I setup and deployed a mobile usability test lab with OvoLogger software that allowed me to conduct testing, capture feedback in video, implement UI changes based on feedback and retest within a week, start to finish.

I developed plans, prototypes, questions and recommendations. Over the past 4 years, I've moderated testing with almost 1,000 MetLife employees.
Unmoderated Testing
I've also conducted dozens of un-moderated usability tests online with vendor-recruited participants and employees' friends & family.

I've used online tools such as Optimal Workshop's First Click Testing and UserTesting.com
Reporting & Analysis
For every usability test I've conducted, I send flash reports at the end of the day with top level findings. In some cases, visuals can be revised and tested the next day.

At the end of testing, I prepare a thorough analysis based on what I saw, heard and what the heat maps and task completion results reveal. The analysis includes participant data, task success rates, comparisons to prior rounds of testing, insights and recommendations to improve the experience. The analysis is presented in a deck to all stakeholders, often times including video of user's trying complete a task or answering questions verbally.
